Privacy Notice
About this notice
This notice covers the marketing site at hundredtraces.com. Our product platforms (the customer portal at app.hundredtraces.com and the consortium operator console at admin.hundredtraces.com) are governed by a separate product privacy policy provided to each customer at onboarding.
What we collect on this site
Server access logs flow through AWS CloudFront and AWS S3: your IP address, user agent, timestamps, and URLs you requested. AWS retains these per its default retention policies; we use them for operational debugging and abuse prevention, not for marketing.
We do not set marketing cookies, run analytics trackers, or load third-party fingerprinting scripts on this site. If that changes, this notice will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be added.
If you email us
When you write to contact@hundredtraces.com (or any of our subject-tagged variants like Pilot, Press, or Investor inquiry), we receive your email address and message contents. We use them only to respond to you and to maintain ordinary correspondence records.
Your GDPR rights
Visitors covered by the GDPR have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing of personal data we hold about them, and to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@hundredtraces.com with the subject line "GDPR request" and we will respond within 30 days.
Hosting and international transfers
This site is hosted on AWS and served globally via CloudFront's edge network. CloudFront caches static page content at edge locations worldwide; no personal data is stored at the edge beyond standard access logs.
